Pricing depends on volume, weight, and how hard the space is to get to — which is exactly why we ask for a photo instead of making you guess from a chart. Text one over and you’ll get a firm number, usually within the hour. If an item carries a state recycling fee, like a fridge or a freezer, that’s included in the number we quote you. Never added at the end.

Can you come today?
Often, yes. If you reach us in the morning we can frequently get a same-day slot, 7 days a week. Larger cleanouts usually schedule within 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need to be there?
No. Plenty of clients hand off a key or a gate code and come back to a finished space. For estate and probate jobs we're comfortable coordinating with an out-of-state family member by phone or text.
What if I'm embarrassed about the condition of the house?
You won’t be the first, and you won’t hear a word about it from us. Our crew is peer-support trained specifically for this. Point at what you want gone and step outside if you’d rather not watch.
What can't you take?
We handle furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, construction debris, and general household goods. Hazardous materials like paint, solvents, chemicals, and asbestos require specialized disposal — text us and we’ll tell you straight and point you to the right place.
What happens to my stuff?
Anything usable gets donated where we can. The rest goes to proper recycling and disposal facilities. Nothing gets dumped illegally.
Do you handle hoarding situations?
Yes, and we handle them with care and at your pace. We work alongside case managers, family members, and clinicians when that helps, and we can break a large job into stages instead of one overwhelming day.
